Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority, meaning returns are always free.* Please read this return policy before wearing your new boots. If you have purchased Footwear directly from our website, please follow the return process outlined below. If you have purchased your Footwear from a third-party retailer, please return the Footwear directly to that retailer.
We have a 30-day refund or exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We recommend keeping all original packaging and trying on your boots inside to ensure there is no wear or use to the product which will render the product ineligible for return as we are unable to return or exchange used boots.

If your refund and exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
*Certain Beyond Destination Locations for shipping and delivery that have excessive shipping costs and fees, other than normal shipping rates and locations will be reviewed and determined by case and could be ineligible for free returns, in these cases we will work with you to determine a compromise for both parties in these cases. Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with our product. If you are not satisfied with your footwear, you may exchange them within 30 days of delivery. The footwear must be returned in new condition, with hang tags still intact, and repackaged in the shipping box. Items worn outside cannot be accepted for exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
