Returns For Refund

Thank you for purchasing your new boots from Dryshod Canada online store. Please read this return policy before wearing your new boots.

We want you to be fully satisfied with our product. If you are not satisfied with your footwear, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.. The footwear must be returned in new condition, with hang tags still intact, and repackaged in the shipping box. Items worn outside cannot be accepted for return.

 

Returns For Exchange

To exchange a product for a different size or style please email csr@mcnivenranchsupply.com or reach out by using our 'Contact Us' page here on our website with your order and contact information for a return.

Our customer service team will email you a Purolator shipping label you will need to print and attach to the box your order was shipped in.  From there you will need to take your package to nearest Purolator depot. Once your order has been returned to our warehouse we will send you notification that we have received the package and ship you your new boots.

Exchanges for different styles of different pricing and certain scenarios with exceptions due to shipping may require payment authorization of the cost of difference or cost of shipping before exchange can be completed.
